Fostering Dogs During a Pandemic

With Meghan Smith, for Love Leo Rescue

This week I’m talking about Fostering Dogs During a Pandemic.  I’m joined by Meghan Smith, who volunteers with Love Leo Rescue in Los Angeles. As we recorded this she was fostering her 11th dog since March.

There are many amazing rescues in Los Angeles and around the country and the world, and I hope to feature many over the course of the podcast.  This episode is not intended to be an endorsement of this particular rescue above or to the exclusion of another.  Neither Meghan nor I are representatives of Love Leo Rescue, she is simply sharing her experience as one of their volunteers.

If you’re interested in learning more about Love Leo Rescue you can find them at http://loveleorescue.org/  They have many ways an animal lover can get involved! Fostering dogs during a pandemic isn’t for everyone, but there are lots of different ways to help the dogs and the humans who care for them!
